❓ Aloha Mail FAQ
When will my Aloha Mail ship?
The first November Aloha Mail will ship at the end of October. Future monthly mail will be prepared and shipped by the end of each month.
When do I need to subscribe?
Please subscribe by the 20th of the month before the Aloha Mail you'd like to receive. For example, November Aloha Mail must be subscribed to by October 20th.
What happens if I subscribe after the cutoff?
No worries! Your subscription will begin with the following month's Aloha Mail.
Will I receive the same items every month?
No! The Aloha Mail Club is designed to give you something new to discover each month.
What is the Hawaiian Word of the Month?
Each month you'll receive a card featuring a Hawaiian word or phrase and its meaning.
What are the collectible patches?
The $10 Classic and $15 Deluxe include a 2.5" Hawaiian-themed collectible patch each month. Your first shipment includes a 5" × 8" Collector Makeup Bag where you can iron on your patches. Your sixth shipment includes a second collector bag.
What makes the $15 Deluxe different?
The Deluxe includes everything in the $10 Classic plus a collectible Hawaiian bracelet with special handmade charms to collect and add to your bracelet.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Your subscription can be managed through your subscription account.
